SUMMARY

As a Product Manager, your core responsibility is to collaborate with Aspirion internal teams to define and evolve specific capabilities in support of Aspirion’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will partner with engineering teams to deliver measurable results. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES

  • Contribute to the definition and maintenance of the Aspirion outcome-based product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop and maintain product and release backlogs.
  • Measure effectiveness through clearly defined results – not quantity of stories delivered.
  • Create UAT and launch plans with cross-functional leaders, including sales support materials.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimal 4 years of Product Management experience partnering with distributed product development teams to deliver Healthcare interoperability solutions.
  • Demonstrated use of data to deliver outcomes.
  • Industry experience in healthcare RCM services (or comparable industries involving complex ecosystems and products supporting multiple stakeholders) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, and able to inspire and motivate customers and employees through written and verbal communications that are clear, concise, elegant, and persuasive.

The US base pay range for this position starts at $100,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered.
