We are looking for a talented, results driven Manager to join our growing team. You will be leading an amazing team and have the opportunity to learn, be challenged, and grow your career. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, prior supervisory experience, and an advanced understanding of MVA claims.

What will you provide?

  • Provide training and support to employees and team leads.
  • Mentor team lead and assist with organizational and personnel issues to include recommending corrective action when needed.
  • Provide input on administrative tasks to include salary increases, PTO approval, performance appraisals, and overtime.
  • Serve as a resource for team leads, team members, and peers when necessary.
  • Follow through with or coordinate assigned team needs to meet strategic goals.
  • Look for opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Generate reports in a specified amount of time, check for accuracy, and ensure service line KPIs are met.
  • Act as a liaison while communicating with consumers, hospital personnel, insurance companies, and legal teams.
  • Delegate work effectively while ensuring workloads are evenly distributed.
  • Manage escalated client issues, custom client requests, and operational issues.
  • Coordinate and attend regular team meetings.
  • Monitor staff performance, time, and production.
  • Bring client concerns to the attention of leadership when necessary.
  • Conduct on-going research to ensure industry knowledge remains current and up to date.
  • Assist with human resources processes to include interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Assist with incoming and outbound calls when necessary.
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years related industry experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory position preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

The US base pay range for this position starts at $48,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
