What do we need?

The Sr. Director of Implementation will quarterback the build, optimize, and lead Aspirion’s implementation team. This role is responsible for constructing the go-forward standards playbook, defining best practice implementation, operations standards, and implementing clients to those standards. Responsible for launching and maintaining a program that ensures client onboarding has a standard, best practice-driven methodology, this position is critical in driving quality and scale while ensuring clients are set up for operational success with an output of exceptional collection results and high satisfaction.  The Sr.Director, Implementations will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, IT, and Client Success teammates to ensure a consistent delivery system for seamless and exceptional client onboarding experience.

What will you provide?

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects/engagements, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget with a high degree of client satisfaction.
  • Create and own our best practice, highly standardized implementation methodology with appropriate variation to support optimal delivery of each Service Line.
  • Own the master implementation project plan(s) used for managing each client implementation.
  • Project management, Operational, and technical/ data set up, solution design and best practice compliance of all new implementations.  This includes the role span of accountability from sales (representing the voice of implementations in the sales process),  and implementation through the transition to Client Success and Operations post hypercare.
  • Evaluation and selection of a project management tool that aligns to the needs of the business.
  • Implement standard onboard processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and continuously assess to improve.
  • Ensure Aspirion teammate compliance and client adherence to Aspirion best practice service line data requirements and workflows to reduce variability for Operations and drive optimal performance for the client.
  • Generate regular reports on department performance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop and build a standardized onboarding/intake process from our Sales to Operations teammates to drive implementation efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate themes contributing to project delays, proactively resolving issues at the root cause.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from project implementation to Operations and Client Success Management or the appropriate business owners for ongoing management.
  • Partner with Operations to determine the right target clients / programs and appropriate order to transition existing live programs to leverage our go forward best practices.  For these prioritized clients, lead the re-implementation and transition to our new standards.
  • Partner with Operations and the Enterprise Transformation Office to migrate clients from legacy workflow tools to Aspirion’s go forward Compass platform.
  • Knowledgeable and experience with data practices (e.g., Operational Data Store, Master Data Management, Data Lakes) and tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, DataBricks, Power BI).
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects, work to tight timeframes and achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Ability to be analytical, creative, and collaborative while driving change up, down and across the enterprise; able to transform the most valuable ideas into actionable plans, products, and results.
  • Strong collaborator with experience leading initiatives across, and partnering with, multiple groups and stakeholders.  Specifically, a demonstrated ability to work across product, engineering, and analytics teams to evaluate new ideas, discuss technical concepts, establish priorities and timelines, make tradeoffs, and remove roadblocks.
  • Visible leadership skills and executive presence; can motivate individuals and teams to achieve program and project objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving financial needs of the company, making consistently strategic recommendations to company leadership; ability to pivot, transition plans and lead change if priorities shift or evolve.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree required, Master in relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management and or implementation experience required.
  • Revenue Cycle Management technology or services implementation experience required.
  • Experience building new process and procedures (onboarding playbook and standardized implementation methodology) required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools required.
  • Experience working with Epic and Cerner preferred.
  • Experience working with legacy acquired systems and migrations preferred.
  • Complex claims and/or denial management experience preferred.
  • PMP certification or Six Sigma is preferred.

The US base pay range for this position starts at $150,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a bonus tied to achieved results
