What do we need?

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Manager for our MVA service line. This role will report to the General Manager of MVA and provide support to the service line across multiple functional areas. The role will focus heavily on training, recruitment & selection, and quality control processes. Ideal candidates will possess a strong MVA background and extensive experience with MVA systems and processes. 

What will you provide?

  • Coordinate closely with the Talent and Acquisition Team and service line leaders to identify hiring needs and help select candidates to join the service line
  • Manage and oversee service line training team that provides learning and development for new employees and facilitates opportunities for continued learning for tenured employees. This includes management and creation of training content, providing feedback to onboarding employees on their performance and collaborating with service line leaders to identify evolving training and development needs of the service line
  • Coordinate closely with service line leaders to create and manage cohesive and effective quality assurance processes and programs. This will include account evaluations and maintaining rubrics and communicating trends to the service line leaders
  • Work closely with operational leaders to support the ongoing success of the MVA service line as projects and other duties are identified
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of MVA service line experience required 
  • Detailed knowledge of Hal system and processes required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

The US base pay range for this position starts at $48,000/annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
