Product Adoption Specialist

SUMMARY
Your core responsibility is to enable the seamless transition of new Compass platform capabilities to our operations teammates. You will collaborate with Aspirion internal teams to define and execute processes that maximize speed of adoption and minimize business operation impact.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES
- Define and maintain a product adoption process to ensure new capabilities are communicated, trained, and adopted across the Aspirion operations team. Specifically, you will:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define a repeatable user acceptance testing (UAT) process for product releases.
- Author and distribute communications such as upcoming release announcements, release notes, and post-release known issues.
- Triage production supports issues in collaboration with other Aspirion groups.
- Contribute to business testing of product features.
- Focus on achieving Aspirion goals, while remaining adaptable to the approach taken.
- Demonstrate the humility to acknowledge you do not have all the answers and are willing to ask for help to achieve the Aspirion mission.
- Conduct yourself with integrity because it is the right thing to do, not just because it is policy.
- Solve problems that do not have a clear “book answer” through creative thinking and problem solving.
- Share and maintain a “team-first” culture.
- Challenge the status quo, while respecting those prior decisions may have merit – even if you do not initially understand why.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimal 4 years of experience interacting with end users of mission critical, Enterprise software applications required.
- Minimal 2 years of experience partnering with distributed product development teams required.
- Healthcare RCM services experience (or comparable industries involving complex ecosystems and products supporting multiple stakeholders) strongly preferred.
