As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing our accounts receivables efficiently while ensuring accuracy in every detail. Reporting to the Revenue Accounting Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting key financial operations, facilitating customer collections, and maintaining critical accounting documentation. This role also involves utilizing leading software platforms like Sage, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), and Power BI to streamline processes and generate insightful reports. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with clients to collect outstanding payments.
- Apply customer payments to the appropriate account in the accounting system, reconciling payments received with outstanding invoices and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Generate routine balance reports and maintain meticulous accounting files and records using advanced tools and platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt and professional communication.
- Assist cross-functional teams with financial requests and contribute to strategic corporate initiatives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Accounts Receivable Coordinator/Collections Analyst work experience and/or Aspirion-specific Revenue Cycle Management work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with advanced Excel skills like formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to conduct independent research.
- Ability to manage routine tasks with confidence under moderate supervision.

The US base pay starts at $47,000 and is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. Must reside in the United States within one of the states listed below:
